Simple Green Salad with Vegetarian Kibbeh Topping

Vegetarian Kibbeh Balls

Ingredients:

  • Fresh green lettuce.
  • Chopped fresh green onions (these are a must – the flavor that they add is so amazing this salad)
  • Other ingredient additions (optional): arugula, spinach, cucumber, peppers, radishes, and fresh herbs like dill, mint, and parsley.

Simple Mayo Dressing:

  • 5 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 2 tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Using a hand blender, whip the mayo, milk, and sugar together until creamy.
  2. Adjust the flavor to your taste.
  3. Drizzle over your salad of fresh greens.
  4. Top it with heated Vegetarian Kibbeh Balls and Enjoy.
  5. Refrigerate when not in use.

Bouillon Soup and Vegetarian Kibbeh

Ingredients:

  • ¼ Cup butter
  • 12 Cups water
  • 9 Cubes chicken bouillon
  • 1 Tablespoon of Fresh parsley
  • ½ Teaspoon ground black pepper and Salt.
  • 4 Angel Hair noodles

Directions

  • Melt butter in a large stockpot over medium-high heat.
  • Add water, chicken bouillon Cubes, pepper, and salt. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Stir in noodles and simmer until pasta is tender, about 10 more minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and add the heated cooked Kibbeh Balls.
